So click the above picture. Wait a sec. watch. When they start dancing click on it and play!
it's almost too fun.
This took forever to make. no real problems along the way. I kept a clear head and kept on trucking.
When ever i brought in movie clips from another project and then placed the two projects together it got a little messy. I just had to rename some stuff and boom!
Okay, Initially I wanted to create an interactive sex game with plenty of .hitTests for the kids.
But then I decided it would be difficult to be bipartisan in the creation of the game and there was no way to make one without offending someone or going to hell.
So then I resulted to the next best thing (possibly the first best thing):
Interactive Dancing Drum Machine 2.0!
My goal is to turn the keyboard into a interactive instrument. Each key will be assigned a different noise. It will work very much like a drum machine. The kicker though, is that upon each key pressed a dancer will bust a move corresponding with the noise. The noises and the moves will be completely sporadic. I plan to have different themes of noises and moves to choose from and assign to their dancer. So, not only is the is the user composing the fresh beats, but also choreographing the latest dance trends.
I also plan to divid the keys on the keyboard to two sepeate dancers. The letter keys will primarly be for the dancer on the left, while the number pad keys will be used to control the dancer on the right. I did this to hopefully encourage two player participation. I mean you can dance alone but it takes two to tango.
zing!
Here is an example of what the finished piece might look like:
Here is my inspiration for my awesome!

I had a lot of difficulty with this bad boy. I eventually got it but this is far from my ideal concept. Originally I wanted to be able to use the number-pad keyboard to control and deliver most of the phat beats. However coding for that is insane.
And very frustrating as DaKota and Santanna unfortunately witnessed.
rotflmao!!!!
.......hmm
but in anycase this is the sex beats drum machines it works but it is not up to my . of face melting
I checked out the Web tones portions and found this to be particularly interesting. Supposedly you type in a website and it takes the HTML information and converts that into a musical composition. You then choose a various things for it such as the pitch, the key it plays in, and even the instrument. After that you enter the website and listen to that websites internal jam. I think this is an awesome idea especially if the compositions are really drawn from the websites code. However I don't know if I'm smart enough to really check that and make sure that the jams are really being drawn from the website.
I listened to my blogs internal song and was a little disappointed... I was expecting more roaring guitar solos and double bass. However it was still a sexy tune. Each and every website that i tried out had a very sporadic yet unified (this was resolved in setting the key initially) sound to it. Very interesting indeed.
